WASHINGTON AGRITOURISM WARNING: Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Assumption of risk and release

I understand that entering a working farm involves inherent and other risks, including unpredictable livestock, horses, goats, poultry, pigs, dogs and livestock guardian dogs; bites, kicks, crushing, charging, trampling, scratching, disease exposure, allergens, manure and uneven ground; ponds, water, fencing, gates, tools, machinery, vehicles, falling objects, fire, weather, and natural or artificial conditions.

I voluntarily enter Löshá Farms LLC property and assume all risks of injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage arising from my visit or participation, whether known or unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, I release and hold harmless Löshá Farms LLC, Keisha Behrmann, Logan Behrmann, and their members, family, workers, agents, volunteers, insurers, successors, and assigns from claims arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not waive claims that cannot lawfully be waived, including gross negligence, willful or wanton misconduct, or intentional injury.

I will follow all instructions, remain with my escort unless specifically authorized, avoid gates, pens, equipment, ponds, and animals unless invited, not feed or release animals, supervise all minors in my care, and immediately report unsafe conditions or injuries. I understand that working dogs may approach, bark, block movement, or act protectively.

If emergency care is reasonably necessary and I cannot consent, I authorize appropriate first aid and emergency services. I accept responsibility for resulting costs. Washington law governs this agreement; if any portion is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.
