Löshá Farms is the result of a dream we chose to pursue later in life. Keisha grew up in Arkansas, Logan grew up around farm life in Emmett, Idaho, and years of military service took our family from Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana to Elmendorf Air Force Base in Alaska and Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. Keisha served 14 years on active duty and later retired after 25 total years of government service. Logan served three years as an active-duty Air Force dentist.

Our careers carried us through Air Force missions, human-resources leadership, technology recruiting and dentistry. Eventually, those different roads led us to Elk, Washington, where Keisha became a full-time farmer and primary owner of Löshá Farms LLC, with Logan as her husband, partner and co-owner. What began with adopted animals in need of care and eggs shared with neighbors slowly grew into a working 60-acre family farm.

Today, another generation has joined us. Keisha's mother, a retired Air Force civil-service registered nurse, helps with daily farm life. Her father, a retired county judge from St. Francis County, Arkansas, is enjoying retirement here with the family. We are also the proud parents of five grown sons. Together, we bring a lifetime of experience to a new chapter built around faith, family and useful work.

Farming is demanding, and too much of its practical, generational knowledge is disappearing. We hope to preserve what we can, keep learning from those who came before us and encourage others who feel called to begin—even if they are beginning later than expected. There is no perfect age or perfect moment. Sometimes you simply step forward, do the work and trust God with the growth.
